Adult social care employers in England who are eligible can receive reimbursement for staff training costs through the Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS).
Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme
The Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS) is open to non-regulated care staff, as well as deputy and Care Quality Commission-registered managers and agency staff within the adult social care workforce.
To qualify, staff members participating in the training must be in specific roles. Additionally, evidence of the training expenses needs to be provided for the claim.
This scheme is for eligible courses and qualifications that have been both paid for and started between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025 (inclusive).
