ERCAA, in partnership with International Recruitment England (IRE), is delighted to launch the Provider Incentive Fund.
 
    The East of England Regional Care Association (ERCAA), in collaboration with International Recruitment England (IRE), is pleased to announce the establishment of a Provider Incentive Fund.
Under this initiative, eligible organisations may claim a grant of £1,575.00 for each Internationally Recruited (IR) worker who has been continuously employed for a minimum period of eight (8) weeks, effective from 1 September 2025.
A maximum of four (4) claims per organisation may be submitted from this date.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Provider Incentive Fund, organisations must:
- Hold current registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Have employed the Internationally Recruited worker for a minimum of eight (8) consecutive weeks.
- Provide documented evidence that the worker was recruited through the Displaced Worker Pool.
- Provide proof of holding a valid sponsorship licence.
