ECA in collaboration with ECC have produced Zero Tolerance of Racist Abuse Posters for ECA members to display in their care settings.
Racist abuse is sadly increasing and is at times directed toward us, our staff, and the people we support. To address this, we have created two posters (attached*) that members may wish to print and display within their care settings. These posters clearly communicate that racist abuse toward staff, service users, families, or others will not be tolerated. Printed copies will also be available at Provider Forums, conferences, and other events for members to take away. The posters can be downloaded from our website via the link below.
