Tender Bid Review Service

Need a fresh pair of eyes to review your response before submission? We know that it can be hard to spot mistakes when you have worked intensively on a bid. Therefore, Underwood Consulting can act as a critical friend to review tender responses written by the provider organisation.
This two-day service will provide you with a written report, containing an overview of your bid response, as well as detailed feedback on each method statement, identifying where and how they can be improved, with practical examples.

Tender Readiness Service

New to tenders? Our tender readiness service is aimed at newer providers to help them prepare for upcoming tenders. This service undertakes an internal review of the systems, processes and materials providers require to be tender ready, alongside an external review of their target market/s, to help tailor their bids to local needs.
This flexible 2–4-day service can be adapted to the specific needs of each client’s organisation, with support provided onsite and offsite, as required.
