Running a care business means dealing with questions and challenges every day.
The ECA Member Clinics give members direct access to practical advice on the issues they’re dealing with right now.
Each clinic starts with a 60-minute open online session. Any ECA member can join, ask a question and get an answer.
You don't need to have a question. Members are welcome to join from the beginning, listen to other people's questions and hear the answers and discussion.
Bring whatever is causing you a problem: profitability, occupancy, weekly hours, business growth, HR, CQC, governance or simply a difficult situation where you want a second opinion.
Members can also send a question to the ECA the day before the clinic and David will answer it live during the session. If you don't want to be identified, your name and organisation won't be mentioned.
At any point, if David doesn't know the answer, he won't guess. He'll find out and come back to you through the ECA.
